Hi my name is Trish Jones and I live in West Yorkshire England.
I set up this blog to chart my progress with stopping smoking using electronic cigarettes . I’ve stopped smoking many times before but have always fallen by the wayside. This time I felt that the challenge of a blog and encouragement from others might help.
I will also be looking at other methods of stopping smoking and inviting comments and tips from visitors, so please join in. I’m also adding informative articles about every aspect of smoking and giving up smoking.
My progress will be charted in a diary, if you are also trying to stop smoking and want to chart your progress on this blog you are welcome to email me and I will set up a category and submission rights for you.
One month on I have inspired my business partner Gary Vine to stop smoking so this blog now becomes a joint venture. We now have a forum where members can discuss ways of stopping smoking and encourage each other.

My name is Gary Vine and I live in Torquay, South West England. I am also co founder of this website SmokersStop.co.uk.
I have been a smoker for all of my adult life and for the past couple of years have been planning to give it up, but always found a excuse not to and I never really gave it a serious go.
In order for me to succeed I need lot of encouragement and support which is why I have participated within this website where I can chart my success, problems I’ve encountered and any failures I’ve had (which hopefully won’t be many).
In order me to be successful and to keep on track with my progress you can regularly visit my section under “Gary’s Diary” and be able to comment on my progress.
Additionally, we would also love to hear from ex smokers and smokers who plan to give up which we can help each other to accomplish our goals and completely change our life style for the better.
