Giving Up Smoking

Hi my name is Trish Jones and I live in West Yorkshire England.

I set up this blog to chart my progress with stopping smoking using electronic cigarettes . I’ve stopped smoking many times before but have always fallen by the wayside. This time I felt that the challenge of a blog and encouragement from others might help.

I will also be looking at other methods of stopping smoking and inviting comments and tips from visitors, so please join in. I’m also adding informative articles about every aspect of smoking and giving up smoking. The comments and articles will conflict in opinion, that is to give a fair view of all stop smoking methods because I believe that one way does not suit everybody.

My progress will be charted in a diary, if you are also trying to stop smoking and want to chart your progress on this blog you are welcome to email me and I will set up a category and submission rights for you.
