I am currently on 14mg patches, I will soon need to step down to a 7mg patch. I have an over abundance of 14mg patches since a friend of mine is no longer quitting gave me the rest of their supply. I was wondering if the 14mg patches can be cut in half so they are 7mg patches and still work?

No they cannot . they are not a pill that can be broken they are more like a capsule . If the box has not been opened try and take it back for the lesser dose .

you can always take the box box and get another box ith a lower dose od nicotene!

try going to a herb store and ask them for something that helps you stop smoking
