admin am currently quiting smoking i’ve smoked for about 3 years and am now quiting for a healthier lifestyle i know that smoking can cause gum disease them gums sometimes bleed when i brush them but am using this mouthwash that helps gum problem with quting smoking will my gums get better in time?
