Smoking and the effects it has on your health is a serious matter. Giving up smoking is no fun unless you are a masochist. I reckon that to get through the hard times you need some humour and especially quit smoking humour!

I love this video of Dave Allen, see what you think.

Wonderful, it sure brought back memories of several of us squashing into a school toilet cubicle and passing a ciggie around. I never got caught personally, but I got into trouble twice for being in the toilets at the same time others were smoking in there. I guess I thought that if I was going to get into trouble I might as well do something to deserve it.
