Hi Trish Understand that in trying to give up requires will power. If you have smoked for a long time you are not going to give up overnight. The E Cigarette is fantastic method allowing you to come of the nicatine addition slowely. They are not a scam of a trendy fad. they realy work.Starting with normal cartridges to get used to the cigarette then move down to a lower stength until finally you are in a better position to slowely come off them . Note at all times while you are smoking non of the 4,000 harmful toxines are entering your body. so if you cannot give up using a E Cigarette is far better then smoking harmful regular cigarettes. Using gum or patches is very expensive and the nicotine is slowely absorbed unlike e cigs that you get the same buz but not the unpleasant harmful effects.

Hi, great blog by the way. Good response from people some people, but let me clarify please. E-cigs CAN help you quit smoking, or at the least cut you down.. but will power is still required, and a slight change of habit also. The ecig cartridges actually come in different nicotine stengths.. high, med, low and NONE… so you basically cut down month by month.
BUT even if you do decide to “smoke” an ecig.. you are no longer smoking the 4000 chemicals in a regular cig. You also have many other benefits, and they are much cheaper to “smoke”..vapour! So all in all, Ecigmate sorry ecigs are very good, and lots of my friends have either quit smoking, or at least cut down.. now whether it lasts is to be seen.. this is the will power part i suppose.
If anybody in the UK wouldn’t mind trying this healthier alternative THE best deal on the net is worth searching for…

Is anything 100% risk free? All I know is that it has got to be safer smoking e cigs than tobacco products with cancer giving chemicals. As I have used ecigs to stop smoking altogether then any risks that I took while using ecigs have got to be worth it.

Hi Trish, yes they are good! I am actually utilizing one brand now. I know they are not 100% risk free but compared to regular cigarettes, electronic cigarettes are really cool. We all wanted to stop smoking to as much as we want but we all know that it is not really that easy as what I have experienced.
