I’ve only? been smoking for a few months, and I’ve gradually cut down, but now that I’m on under 5 a day, I can’t seem to cut down to none. This video offered a perspective in the means of embracing cravings, and I reckon I should be able to stop now. I’m tired of having to go outside when at a friend’s house to have one, even when it’s raining. Everytime I have one I just feel pathetic.
I had smoked for a decade and finally quit for good with chantix in march. This drug is for people like me with absolute zero willpower to quit on their own. It works extremely well, but there were some? temporary side effects…nothing too terrible…very worth it.
