I realize now quitting tobacco can be harder than you can imagine. I introduced myself to using tobacco when I was in my teens. It was the worst mistake I’ve made. Now I’m older and I have bronchitis. I sampled every one of the stop smoking tips still absolutely nothing did the trick. My last hope will be the electronic cigarette in the end.
