Blimey I never thought I would get this far so easily with stopping smoking and without murdering everybody around me. If I was a TV star I would say that I’ve had quite a journey, but the only time I’ve ever been on TV was as a 15 year old waving a hockey stick at Edward Heath when he came to open the local Conservative club so I won’t say that.

I know myself all too well so I think that it is blooming amazing that even the temptation hasn’t been there.

July 18th, 2009 admin I can’t believe how quickly and easily the last 2 months have passed. It isn’t the first time that I’ve stopped smoking tobacco cigarettes but now I firmly believe that it will be the last time.
