Trish As I sit here writing this article I’m enjoying the inhale and exhale of a large plume of smoke and watching it slowly dissipate. Actually it is vapor, not smoke, and I didn’t have to light my cigarette, I just pulled it out of my top shirt pocket and inhaled.

July 18th, 2009 Trish I can’t believe how quickly and easily the last 2 months have passed. It isn’t the first time that I’ve stopped smoking tobacco cigarettes but now I firmly believe that it will be the last time.

IF you are going to quit smoking for your health and to save money, why do you want to spend money on products that say they help you quit and then they give you the nicotine you are addicted to.
