Blimey I never thought I would get this far so easily with stopping smoking and without murdering everybody around me. If I was a TV star I would say that I’ve had quite a journey, but the only time I’ve ever been on TV was as a 15 year old waving a hockey stick at Edward Heath when he came to open the local Conservative club so I won’t say that.

August 20th, 2009 admin If anybody would have asked me 3 months ago if I thought that I could last so long without caving in and buying some cigarettes I would have said that it was very doubtful. I know myself all too well so I think that it is blooming amazing that even the temptation hasn’t been there.

July 5th, 2009 Gary Vine I can’t really say I have been 100% smoke free during the past 14 days. But, I estimate to have been around 75% smoke free, hence I’ve smoked 75% less than normal.
