I was getting restless waiting for the train and without thinking pulled my electric cigarette out of my pocket and had taken a couple of long puffs at it before noticing the evil looks that I was getting from my fellow travellers.

Giving Up Smoking – 4 Months Smoke Free

Trish Blimey I never thought I would get this far so easily with stopping smoking and without murdering everybody around me. If I was a TV star I would say that I’ve had quite a journey, but the only time I’ve ever been on TV was as a 15 year old waving a hockey stick at Edward Heath when he came to open the local Conservative club so I won’t say that.

August 20th, 2009 Trish If anybody would have asked me 3 months ago if I thought that I could last so long without caving in and buying some cigarettes I would have said that it was very doubtful. I know myself all too well so I think that it is blooming amazing that even the temptation hasn’t been there.

June 26th, 2009 Gary Vine It’s the start of my 5th day in giving up the cigarettes and so far this week I have dramatically struggled and pushed my will power to the limit.
