admin Blimey I never thought I would get this far so easily with stopping smoking and without murdering everybody around me. If I was a TV star I would say that I’ve had quite a journey, but the only time I’ve ever been on TV was as a 15 year old waving a hockey stick at Edward Heath when he came to open the local Conservative club so I won’t say that.

admin If anybody would have asked me 3 months ago if I thought that I could last so long without caving in and buying some cigarettes I would have said that it was very doubtful. I know myself all too well so I think that it is blooming amazing that even the temptation hasn’t been there.

admin I can’t believe how quickly and easily the last 2 months have passed. It isn’t the first time that I’ve stopped smoking tobacco cigarettes but now I firmly believe that it will be the last time.

admin Making a firm decision to quit smoking is easy, carrying out that decision is quite another thing. There are so many ways that a person can try to quit. IF you are going to quit smoking for your health and to save money, why do you want to spend money on products that say they help you quit and then they give you the nicotine you are addicted to.
