I’m still in there – 5 months without a cigarette and it feels pretty good. I very rarely get that ‘must have a cigarette’ feeling and if I do it’s pull is much weaker than it was.

Making a firm decision to quit smoking is easy, carrying out that decision is quite another thing. There are so many ways that a person can try to quit. IF you are going to quit smoking for your health and to save money, why do you want to spend money on products that say they help you quit and then they give you the nicotine you are addicted to.
