What a hellish weekend. All work and no play, high stress levels and too much temptation around me. It’s been pure torment and giving up smoking seems to be getting harder rather than easier.

Electronic Cigarettes After 2 Weeks

Trish As I predicted at the end of my first week the next few days were stressful at work. Sundays usually mean absenteeism and less staff to get the work done. The same applied for Monday which was the Whitsuntide bank holiday. Less staff, more stress, harder to resist temptation.
Electronic Cigarettes One Week On
May 22nd, 2009 Trish My Fifth day with electronic cigarettes was a disaster. The day before I had put the spare battery in the charger having decided to swap batteries round every morning to ensure that I always had one charged. Unfortunately I used that socket after a couple of hours and forgot to plug my charger back in.
Impressions Of My First Electric Cigarette
May 18th, 2009 Trish To be honest I wasn’t impressed when my first package of electric cigarettes arrived. I had bought a starter kit which consisted of 2 batteries, a UK plug and recharger, 5 mixed strength cartridges and 5 x 5 medium strength menthol cartridges.
