Trish am currently quiting smoking i’ve smoked for about 3 years and am now quiting for a healthier lifestyle i know that smoking can cause gum disease them gums sometimes bleed when i brush them but am using this mouthwash that helps gum problem with quting smoking will my gums get better in time?
I’ve recently quit smoking- is it safe to start a rigorous exercise regime straight away?

November 2nd, 2009 Trish I’ve only been smoking for a couple of months now. Noticed my upper lip slightly darker. If I stop smoking will it revert back to the original colour?
