I’m planning on stopping smoking very soon for the benefit of my health, but I’ve been told that stopping smoking will also make me look younger. Is that true & how come that happens?

will my gums start to get better when i quit smoking?
am currently quiting smoking i’ve smoked for about 3 years and am now quiting for a healthier lifestyle i know that smoking can cause gum disease them gums sometimes bleed when i brush them but am using this mouthwash that helps gum problem with quting smoking will my gums get better in time?

I quit smoking three months ago, how long will it take for my lungs to fully recover?
To clarify, I am a 35 year old male who smoked for 15 years – I smoked between 6-8 filtered cigarettes a day for 5 years and then stopped smoking cigarettes and switched to smoking 2 fairly slim cigars a day for the remaining 10 years. I do exercise regularly – I walk 2 miles [...]

In the future will e-cigarettes bring back the pre late 1960s world of everyone smoking?
Nicotine being smoked with none of the health risks. Possible big part of life in the future? Of course there could be tax on the nicotine of governments were so worried about losing tobacco tax.

If you quit smoking will your lungs ever return to how they where before?
Im 21 years old and have been smoking since i was 14. I have just recently quit and am wondering if my lungs will ever get back to the same health as someone who has never smoked or will they just get better but never 100% ?
