I know that if you don’t cut down calorie intake or increase exercise level you gain weight when you quit smoking. If I use nicotine patches at least for a while, will they increase my metabolism rate and and avoid weight gain?

November 2nd, 2009 admin I’ve only been smoking for a couple of months now. Noticed my upper lip slightly darker. If I stop smoking will it revert back to the original colour?
