You really have to have nerves made of steel and than you'll do it. But if you have nerves of steel you are already a boss of multinational company and you have a spouse and five kids and at least two mistresses (just to have enough hassle for such a powerful man/woman). If that is you, why would you want to stop anything you are doing? You are already doing all the right things. But the above is not the case, keep on smoking, just take a poisonous substances out of it, and you are back to what you like doing anyway, without doing any harm to yourself or others.
